Me: I planning to attend a scrapbook crop tomorrow. I have to pack tonight and tomorrow morning. I am so excited!!!

Birthday card

I made this for one of my coworkers' birthday.

I love the way it turned out. On a whim, I doodled the border. I like that idea. I need to do that more often.

HSCaptureLife project

Anyone else doing Heidi Swapp's Capture Life for 30 days? 

I am really enjoying doing it. By the end of the month/30 days, I will have a mini album completed with embellishment and photos. I will only have to add journaling to the pages.

Black Sharpie project

I researched a lot about doing the black Sharpie marker and stoneware crafts. After experimenting with several temperatures, my hubby and I figured out the best combo.

This is my project for our church's upcoming craft get together this month.

I am going to do a hand out sheet with directions and photos.

It needed some extra embellishments. My hubby suggested the large hearts on the border of the plates.
