Low carb life





My hubby and I have been eating low carb/keto diet since late August 2019, I have only lost about 20 pounds. It wasn't until I decided to do a "keto face" photo that I realized that I have lost some weight.

Just reducing the sugar in our diets and portion control is making a difference.

My hubby has lost 45 pounds!!!!!
