Keto face


I know that I mentioned that my hubby and I were changing our eating habits.

Reducing the sugar in our diets.

Low carbs.

Keto - sort of.

Here are my progress photos.

I have only lost about 20 pounds since we started in late August.









On the other hand, I am proud of my hubby. He has lost 45 pounds. We started the low carb diet to lower his blood glucose. He has done well and continues to do so.
